Jim Lewis served as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for a mid-size, global company in Michigan before creating the J Lewis Consulting Group. His responsibilities as a CHRO included all HR functions at over forty locations in eighteen countries, including recruiting and retention, benefits and compensation, training, organizational development, employee relations including litigation management, and strategic planning. He has also provided due diligence for, and integration of seventeen corporate acquisitions in eight countries. He was the winner of the Arbor Award for HR Excellence, and Jim was named 2010 HR Executive of the Year by the American Society of Employers.
Jim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Master of Science degree in International Administration. He also holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).
